Nurses provide a custom care plan for each assisted living resident, with 24-hour nursing support and hands-on help with housekeeping, laundry, transportation, bathing, dressing and continence care.
Residents have access to the on-site Johns Hopkins Wellness Program, Sibley Memorial Hospital emergency and restorative care services, and Legacy Therapy rehabilitation services.
The Oasis Neighborhood provides memory care with a team of Certified Dementia Practitioners, 24/7 nursing support, medication management and programming to support cognitive health.
Respite care suites are available for people recovering after a medical procedure, injury or other health issue.

Apartments come as studios starting at 355 sq. ft., one bedrooms starting at 458 sq. ft., deluxe one bedrooms starting at 724 sq. ft. and two bedrooms starting at 911 sq. ft.
Apartments include utilities, 9-foot ceilings, bay windows in most units, a thermostat residents control, wall-to-wall carpet, a kitchenette and custom blinds.
Memory care residents live in large private suites that they can furnish with their own art, photos and belongings. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided.
Dining & meals
Executive Chef Andrew Conlin plans restaurant-style menus for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert, using seasonal vegetables and locally sourced ingredients.
Beer or wine is served with meals, room service is available, and vegetarian diets are accommodated. Residents may invite visiting family to dine with them.

Activities include a bridge club, book clubs, health lectures, computer classes, music appreciation and current events discussions.
Fitness and wellness options include Tai Chi, gardening, ballroom dancing, a walking club, range-of-motion classes, and massages at the spa.
