Residents must be Washington, D.C. residents age 62 or older who need support with daily living, certified by Medicaid and approved for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and the Local Rent Supplement Program.

Private studio apartments come furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, chair, TV, mini-fridge and microwave, plus towels and sheets.
Each apartment has individual heat and air conditioning, a walk-in closet and an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower, and all utilities are included.
Apartments have an emergency call system.
Everyday life
Housekeeping and laundry are handled by staff, and transportation is arranged to appointments and outings.
