Care & support
Assisted living comes in more than one level of care. Residents get help as needed with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ambulation, plus medication management, social services consultations and 24/7 on-site emergency nursing assistance.
Memory care serves residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia in a home-like setting, with team members who engage residents through meals, music, studio arts, afternoon tea and neighborhood strolls.
The Health Care Center provides long-term skilled nursing in private and semi-private rooms, with registered nurses present 24 hours a day. Care plans are developed by registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers and dietitians under a board-certified geriatrics physician.
Short-term rehabilitation includes physical, occupational and speech therapy from full-time therapists in a rehab gym with a simulated apartment, for recovery from joint replacement, shoulder surgery, stroke or neurological conditions.
Respite care offers a fully furnished apartment with supportive personal care around the clock, medication management and freshly prepared meals for people recovering from illness or surgery, or while caregivers take a break.
