Each apartment has individual heat and air conditioning, a walk-in closet and an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower, and all utilities are included.

Apartments have an emergency call system.

Everyday life

Housekeeping and laundry are handled by staff, and transportation is arranged to appointments and outings.
