Nursing and caregiver services cover activities of daily living. Staff can manage diabetes, medications and vital signs and help with dressing, showering and mobility.
A home health provider can supply physical and occupational therapy, and outside providers such as dental, hearing, podiatry and primary care doctors visit the community.
Staff schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for residents.

Floor plans include a 275 square foot studio and a 520 square foot one-bedroom, each with one bath.
Weekly housekeeping and weekly linen and laundry services are provided, and on-site laundry facilities are available at no cost.
Maintenance services are available six to seven days a week, with work orders placed at the front desk.

Three meals a day plus healthy snacks follow a liberalized diet overseen by a dietitian, and some special diets and preferences can be accommodated.

Servers walk residents through the daily menu, which always has two main dishes along with alternates. The chef holds a monthly open forum to gather feedback on menus.
