The Oasis at Fellowship Square Surprise

Each resident has a one-on-one assessment with the nurse before admission, and the nurse reviews the care plan with the resident and their representative on admission.

Essential services provide light support with daily activities, daily wellness checks and medication reminders from certified caregivers.

Enhanced services add help with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation and transferring, along with medication management and administration. Elite services provide increased support with walking, transferring, bathing, toileting, dressing and medication administration.

Residents can receive skilled nursing services from a home health agency or hospice care.

Assisted living apartments are studios or one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. All have high ceilings, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and a walk-in shower with safety bars.

The monthly base rate covers services such as dining, housekeeping, engaging programs and shared spaces. The Oasis has its own outdoor spaces, a dining room and common areas, and residents have access to the rest of the campus.

The campus transportation department covers a 10-mile radius for medical and dental appointments, scheduled outings, shopping and group errands.

Residents have chef-prepared meals in a full-service dining room, and weekly menus are posted for the Fellowship Square Surprise community.

The campus offers continuing education classes, customized wellness programs and an extensive calendar of activities and events.

A wellness program provides one-on-one fitness instruction, exercise classes and education sessions at no extra cost, and a fitness center has exercise equipment designed for older adults.

The independent living clubhouse sits between two interior courtyards and has conversation nooks, card tables and free-standing water features.

The community is east of Loop 303 on the south side of Bell Road in Surprise. Shopping centers, entertainment venues, restaurants and medical centers are within five miles, and Luke Air Force Base is about seven miles away.
