Residences include one-bedroom, one-bath plans of about 636 square feet and two-bedroom, two-bath plans of up to 1,256 square feet, some with a bay or extra width.
The monthly fee includes dining, housekeeping, transportation and the signature Zest wellness program. Pet-friendly residences are available.
Dining & meals
Dine Your Way service runs 12 hours a day in the Cascade Room restaurant, with al fresco dining on a covered front porch.
A plant-forward dining program features whole foods and locally grown fruits and vegetables, and monthly Let's Dish sessions let residents speak with the Executive Chef and taste new menu items.
Activities & connection
ZestFit group classes include yoga, Zumba, Tai Chi and weight training, and the calendar also has book, gardening and walking clubs, wine tastings, ping pong tournaments, cooking demonstrations, concerts and happy hours.
