Care & support
Assisted living services include help with bathing, dressing and grooming, mobility and transfers, toileting and continence care, eating, and medication management, with licensed staff tracking, administering and coordinating medications with each resident's physician.
Each resident's care plan starts with an individual assessment, with check-ins after one week, at 30 days and every 90 days after that, or any time something changes.
Enhanced Care serves residents whose needs have grown beyond traditional assisted living, including Hoyer lifts and two-person transfers, wound care, ostomy and catheter care, feeding-tube support, and insulin administration.
Many residents live with mild memory loss. The community does not have a locked memory care unit and may not be the right fit for residents who wander, exit-seek or have aggressive behaviors.
Respite care offers short-term stays or trial stays with the same personalized attention, with a 30-day minimum.
Rooms & living spaces
Private studios, one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites are available, with no long-term lease commitments. The studio is about 350 square feet, one-bedroom suites range from 569 to 750 square feet, and the two-bedroom suite is 904 square feet.
The community accepts small pets.
Everyday life
A personal emergency response pendant, scheduled local transportation, housekeeping and laundry service are part of daily life, and transportation is available to all residents.
Dining & meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily with restaurant-style table service and an all-day menu between meal periods. Menus rotate regularly.
The kitchen offers heart-healthy, lower-sodium, diabetic-friendly and sugar-free choices, and accommodates documented allergies, physician-ordered diets, and gluten-free and vegan meals when appropriate.
Family members are welcome to join residents for meals, and the bistro can be reserved for birthdays, holidays and other celebrations.
Activities & connection
Programs include resident happy hour, a garden program, senior fitness classes, cooking and baking, activities and games, animal therapy visits, and local Portland outings. Visiting foot and hand care is also offered.
