Care & support
Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers provide services around the clock, with a Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner available.
The Medical Director rounds once a week and the Nurse Practitioner is full-time, with onsite telemedicine equipment for virtual consultations with specialists in respirology, cardiology and dermatology.
Clinical specialist consultations are available, including a psychogeriatric team for residents with complex physical, cognitive and mental health needs.
Physiotherapy is provided in-house, and an Occupational Therapist helps residents develop, recover, improve and maintain skills for activities of daily living.
Everyday life
Housekeeping and maintenance staff are on duty seven days a week, and linen and personal clothing can be laundered at the home.
A part-time chaplain coordinates spiritual and religious care, with services in the Kingston Frontenac Rotary Auditorium every Sunday at 2 p.m. and Roman Catholic Mass on the second Friday of each month.

Healthy meals and snacks are offered three times per day, with two meal options at lunch and supper, including dessert.
