Assisted Living suites are designed for seniors requiring mobility support or assistance with activities of daily living, and Memory Care supports residents living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.

Professional staff are on site around the clock, and an emergency response system with a panel in each suite and in common areas is available 24 hours a day. Medications are administered by a certified medication administrator.

Rooms & living spaces

Independent Lifestyle residents live on the fifth floor and above, in apartments that include Penthouse suites up to 1,550 square feet with full kitchens, in-suite washers and dryers, and private balconies.

Assisted Living and Memory Care suites come equipped with a mini fridge, and most Assisted Living suites also include a microwave.

Dining & meals

The building has two restaurant spaces, on the main floor and the 26th floor, as well as a cafe and a bar and lounge. Two daily meals are included in the All-Inclusive Lifestyle, and residents in Supportive Lifestyle have three meals a day plus snacks.

A dedicated team member schedules and hosts activities through the Harmony Wellness Program, including live entertainment, wine and cheese socials, seminars, faith-based programming and scheduled outings.

Building amenities include an indoor pool, a golf simulator, a Great Hall, a games room, a spa and salon, a fitness centre, a medical clinic and a pet spa.

Services include a concierge, valet underground parking, chauffeur service, housekeeping and on-site storage. Community balconies and terraces are on floor 5 and patios on floors 2-4.

Accessibility

The building has six elevators and is designed to meet accessibility standards, including extra-wide doorways that accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. Entry points are secure and use a keypad or access card.
