Memory care neighborhoods offer a residential setting for people in the early and middle stages of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, with care and programming tailored to each resident's strengths and needs.
The memory care program is led by a degreed Memory Care Director, all staff receive dementia-related training, and the team offers education and support to families.
Respite stays on short-term leases give home caregivers a break, including during recovery from surgery or hospitalization, and can be extended if more care is needed.
Outpatient therapy is available, with goals set and guided by therapists in coordination with the resident's physician.
