Rooms & living spaces
Assisted living apartments are studios, one-bedrooms and a limited number of two-bedrooms. The community also has independent living cottages with a full kitchen.
Every apartment and cottage has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, an accessible bathroom with a step-in shower and safety rails, and an emergency pull cord system. Apartments have a kitchenette with a microwave and minifridge.
All utilities except phone are included in the monthly rate, covering electric, water, basic cable and Wi-Fi.

The community has an on-site salon offering haircuts and styling, front and back patios, a quarter-mile paved walking trail around the community, and a library that also serves as a chapel.
Weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and flat linen services are provided, along with full-building Wi-Fi and scheduled transportation for medical appointments and shopping trips.
Pets under 25 pounds are welcome if their vaccinations are current and the resident can independently attend to the pet's needs.
