The residence has 14 bedrooms of varying sizes: eight studio-style rooms, two larger studio-style rooms and four one-bedroom suites. Each room has its own ensuite washroom with a shower or tub.
The one-bedroom suites have a sitting room, a separate bedroom area and a kitchenette with a sink, counter and cupboards. Two of them have sliding glass doors to a deck.
Heat, light and water are included in the room rent. Telephone and cable hookups are the resident's responsibility.

Housekeeping is done each day, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning washrooms and mopping floors. Staff will launder and fold clothing and bedclothes, or residents can use the laundry room during the day free of charge.
