Suite layouts include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Sample floor plans range from about 462 to 771 square feet and include a full bathroom, slip-resistant flooring and a microwave.
Larger two-bedroom plans add a large master bedroom and a powder room, and some plans include emergency pull cords and grab bars.

Chef-prepared meals are part of the monthly rental fee, with menus ranging from casual fare to seasonal fine dining, all prepared fresh.
Activities & connection
Residents take part in weekly outings and events, cocktail hour, movie nights, clubs and committees, and computer lessons.
