Care team members are hired directly by Corso and receive 40+ hours of specialized training.
Assisted living includes personalized care options, wellness checks, weekly linen changes and personal laundry, and three meals daily in any dining venue.
Memory care is an all-inclusive program with specially trained staff, controlled entry, life skills stations and safe outdoor courtyards.
Flourish Enclave, the community's 24/7 memory support program, is certified by the state of Georgia and led by a Memory Care Director who is an LPN or RN.
Flourish Engage is a structured five-day-a-week small-group program for residents who are beginning to need additional guidance and memory support.

City Homes have a private front door and patio overlooking the courtyards, a full kitchen with a center island, a gas fireplace and a full-size washer and dryer.

An 11-story South Tower is under construction and is planned to add 110 independent living residences in one- and two-bedroom layouts, opening in Spring 2028.
