Assisted Living has fully accessible suites for seniors who need mobility support or help with activities of daily living.

Memory Care suites are on a floor designed to support the physical and cognitive needs of residents living with dementia. Enriched Care provides full assistance with daily living from licensed health practitioners for residents with complex care needs.

Team members are available 24 hours a day, and medications are administered by a certified medication administrator as ordered by a resident's physician. Care in supportive lifestyles can include mealtime assistance, dressing, grooming, using the washroom and transferring.

Respite care provides temporary stays in a private, furnished suite with hospitality services and care professionals based on need. Residents can also add services through the Parkland Plus menu.

Independent Lifestyle suites have a full kitchen with a sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and a stove or cooktop. Assisted Living and Memory Care suites have a mini fridge, and most Assisted Living suites also have a microwave.

Lifestyle Apartments have private balconies, and every suite has year-round heating and cooling. Pets are welcome.

Memory Care and Enriched Care residents are provided with a hospital bed with mattress, linens, a nightstand and clothing storage.

Services include weekly housekeeping inside the suite, towel and linen service, and one load of laundry. Supportive lifestyle suites also receive a daily tidy.

A front desk concierge helps with booking appointments, maintenance requests, transportation reservations and deliveries. A dedicated Parkland chauffeur provides transportation by reservation.

Basic cable and a basic telephone connection with local calls are included. Wi-Fi is available, and underground parking, storage and valet parking are offered.

Meals are chef-prepared and served in a restaurant-style dining room. Lifestyle residents on the all-inclusive plan have two daily meals, typically lunch and dinner, while residents in supportive lifestyles have three meals plus snacks.

A private dining room is available, and residents are encouraged to welcome family and friends for a meal in the dining room.

A dedicated team member schedules and hosts activities from a calendar of events through the Harmony Wellness Program.

Activities include live entertainment, wine and cheese socials, seminars, faith-based programming, scheduled outings and fitness classes each week.

Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a full-service spa and salon, a fitness centre, a movie theatre, a games room with a pool table and golf simulator, a Great Hall and a tuck shop.

Outdoor spaces include a landscaped terrace and views of Lake Ontario.

The building is designed to meet accessibility standards, with extra-wide doorways for wheelchairs and walkers and five elevators.

Building entry is by keypad or access card, with an after-hours concierge. Memory Care and Enriched Care neighbourhoods have restricted access and continuous walking paths, and the building has a sprinkler system and a back-up generator.
