When can family visit, and can they stay in a resident’s suite?

Daily visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Family and visitors are welcome, and can stay in a resident’s suite for a period of time.

Care & support

Assisted Living staff work with residents to assess needs and preferences and make a personal service plan. Support can range from medication management to help with showering, bathing or dressing.

The Multi-Level Care team includes nurses, care aides, a social worker, gerontologist, recreation therapists, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, rehabilitation assistants and chaplain. Options include long-term stays, respite, convalescent care, palliative support and out-of-town stays.

The Companion Program can add social companionship, accompaniment to outings and appointments, meal assistance, extra personal or exercise assistance, and light housekeeping.
