City-operated homes provide 24-hour care including nursing and personal care, medical services, recreational programming, dietetics and food services, laundry, social work, spiritual and religious care, and housekeeping.

Behavioural support programs serve people with dementia, delirium and mental health needs, with staff and medical professionals who develop individualized care strategies for each resident.
