Are assisted-living and memory support charges included in rent?

No. Monthly rent does not include assisted-living services, personal care or memory support. Those charges are determined through an individual evaluation.

What payment options are available?

St. Augustine Plantation is private-pay, with a limited number of Medicaid-supported apartments for those who qualify. Veteran’s benefits, long-term care insurance and certain life insurance policies are also welcome.

Can family and friends visit, and how are families kept informed?

Family and friends may visit and join events, meals and programs. The care team stays in frequent contact with families by email, phone or text.
