Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is a specialized program for people with cardiac or respiratory issues, directed by board-certified cardiologists and pulmonologists.

The program lists intensive daily therapies, ACLS-certified nurses, certified respiratory therapists, routine physician evaluations and telemetry-monitored exercise. It also includes nutritional guidance, lifestyle counseling, patient and family support and education, and post-discharge assistance and follow-up.

Private and semi-private accommodations are furnished and described as bright and airy.

Rooms have adjustable heat and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable, and a nurse-call bell system.

Daily housekeeping and on-site laundry are provided, and the rooms feature 24-hour security.

Patients can take regular outings to nearby stores and attractions, as part of the community’s interaction with the surrounding area.

An in-house chef works with the staff dietitian to prepare the menu. Choices are available to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Patients receive three meals daily, with coffee and snacks available throughout the day.

Activities include gentle exercise classes, music, crafts, discussion groups, religious services, and special events and celebrations.
