Staff are on site 24/7. Every unit has an emergency pull-string, and staff make daily and nightly security checks.
Peach Tree does not provide medical care or direct personal assistance. Residents who need additional support can hire private caregivers; those caregivers do not work directly for Peach Tree.
Rooms & living spaces
Studios are 353 square feet, with living, sleeping and kitchenette space, a closet and a bathroom. The 480-square-foot one-bedroom layout has a living room and kitchen, bedroom, closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The deluxe one-bedroom apartments range from 700 to 756 square feet and have two bathrooms. Some include a stove and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Apartments have individually controlled heating and air conditioning, storage, cable TV and internet included in the rent, and an emergency pull-string available 24/7. There is no long-term lease or upfront entrance fee.
Residents can choose an original-style unit with a bathtub or walk-in shower, or a contemporary-style unit.
Everyday life
Weekly fresh linens and housekeeping are provided. On-site management and maintenance are also available.
Residents can take free weekly trips to the store. Free parking is available for residents who drive.
Pets are welcome, and residents can use outdoor spaces to walk and play with them.
Dining & meals
Home-style meals are served daily, with courtesy reminders. The dining room also has a 24/7 beverage bar and snack fridge.
Activities & connection
The activities calendar includes bingo, puzzles, noodleball, movie nights, an exercise program, church services and Bible studies.
Shared spaces & amenities
On-site facilities include a general store, hair salon, activity room, library and exercise room. Washers and dryers are available 24/7.
