The campus has 22 free-standing villas, 170 independent living apartment homes, 72 assisted living apartments and 83 licensed nursing care beds. Care & support
Assisted living residents receive help with daily activities such as medication management, bathing and personal care. Nursing services are available 24/7 and led by a full-time registered nurse, with physical, occupational and speech therapies on site.
The health center offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, transitional care and respite care. Memory support uses the Montessori Inspired Lifestyle approach for people with dementia and Alzheimer's.
Rooms & living spaces
Assisted living apartments come as studios of about 330 square feet, one-bedroom plus apartments of about 850 square feet, and two-bedroom plus apartments of about 1,150 square feet.
Assisted living includes three restaurant-style meals daily, utilities except telephone, housekeeping and laundry, scheduled transportation and a 24-hour emergency call system.
Dining & meals
Independent living residents can dine in a formal dining room with four-course meals and daily homemade soups, and friends and family may join any day of the week. The Courtyard Bistro serves burgers, sandwiches, salads and soup seven days a week.
Other venues include the Larksfield Tavern, which hosts happy hours and wine and whiskey tastings, and the Tea Room and Tap Room in assisted living.
Activities & connection
On-campus activities include painting and art instruction, choral and band groups, bridge, bingo, movies, putt club, book club, lectures, Bible studies and worship services. Residents also go on day trips and outings to the Wichita Symphony, Wichita Opera and local sporting events.
Shared spaces & amenities
Campus amenities include a fitness club with personal trainers, an indoor heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor walking paths, a woodworking shop, art and music studios, three stocked lakes and a meditation chapel.
On-site services include a 24/7 concierge, beauty salon (fee applies), bank, chaplain, personal laundry rooms and a courtyard market. Assisted living amenities include a wellness center, auditorium, library, private dining room and patios with walking paths.
