The 567-square-foot Dolphin is a studio with an open layout and large windows that bring natural light into the living room.
The Dolphin has a full kitchen with full-size stainless-steel appliances, an electric cooktop, oven and dishwasher, as well as a pantry and step-in tiled shower.
The 864-square-foot Sandpiper is in the East Tower and was redesigned to maximize space. Its windows bring in natural light, and the open kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
The Sandpiper has a walk-in bedroom closet, a tiled walk-in shower, a quartz-topped bathroom vanity and linen closet. A full-size stackable washer and dryer is available in the apartment.
Listed services include electricity, water, basic cable, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping and laundry accommodations on every floor. The featured floor plans also include interior and exterior maintenance.
Dining & meals
The Overlook is the East Tower’s first-floor clubhouse, with a Lounge and Café; both venues have views of the bay.
The Café offers grab-and-go meals. The Lounge serves coffee and is a place to gather for a monthly book group.
The Pub serves cooked-to-order casual meals for lunch and dinner, including salads, sandwiches, burgers, flatbread pizzas and classic entrées. Themed evenings include Mexican, Asian stir-fry and Cajun meals.
The Beachfront Dining Room offers a more formal setting, with a fireplace and a choice of cooked-to-order seasonal dishes or a buffet.

Resident activities include beachfront activities, social events, and fitness and wellness programs.
Shared spaces & amenities
Outdoor and recreation features include a fitness center and two pools, a putting green, garden plot, kayak launch, outdoor fire pit, dog park, croquet court, bocce ball court and meditation garden.
