Independent living includes emergency call pendants and 24-hour emergency support.
Long-term care is for seniors with dementia, major physical challenges and other health issues that require 24-hour nursing care. The care team includes a medical coordinator, dietician, recreation, occupational and physical therapists, and access to a social worker, with a dedicated dementia care neighbourhood.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living suites come in a variety of floor plans, many with valley and mountain views. Every suite has a kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave, plus private outdoor space.
Assisted living offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, all with air-conditioning and a kitchenette.
Long-term care residents have a private room furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and nightstand, in one of three separate villas.
Everyday life
Housekeeping and linens are provided bi-weekly in independent living and weekly in assisted living.
Bus outings are offered in independent living, assisted living and long-term care.
