Care & support
Assisted living provides 24/7 assistance with bathing, grooming, medication management and other personal tasks, with flexible care packages, laundry services and escorts to medical appointments.
The Cove is the memory care program, with 24-hour staff supervision and services such as medication management, personal hygiene assistance and housekeeping.
The Wellness Center offers on-site services such as nutrition counseling, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and massage therapy.
Rooms & living spaces
Tower Suites come as studio, one-bedroom and double one-bedroom suites with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a private balcony, a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, individually controlled heating and cooling, and easy-access tubs or showers. Cats are welcome in the Tower Suites.
Private Villas are spread across the campus and have a private yard and garden.
Memory care apartments at The Cove are standard studios, large studios and one-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom and an enclosed garden patio, with private and semi-private options. Pets are not allowed in memory care.
Everyday life
Scheduled transportation runs five days a week at 45-minute intervals from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM by bus and town car, with trips to doctors, pharmacies, banks and shopping. Residents are also taken to temple on Saturdays and church on Sundays.
Dining & meals
Meals are served in a dining room with 270-degree views of the grounds, and residents can also eat outdoors on a patio called The Pier. A weekly dining menu is published.
Activities & connection
Activities range from arts and crafts to nature walks and happy hour, with live entertainment, concerts and movies in the Vista Room and outings to local beaches, museums, farmers’ markets and golf courses.
Shared spaces & amenities
The seventh-floor Vista Room has a wraparound terrace, and an outdoor pavilion has fire pits. Landscaped paths and gardens cover the campus.
