Assisted living support can include medication administration in the suite, laundry, monitoring by staff and nurses, incontinence management and emergency response.

For independent living, nursing and personal support worker care are available if needed. An in-house physician visits once a week and is also on call around the clock.

Suites have golf-course views, a kitchenette with space for a microwave and mini-fridge, a large sleeping area and a separate living area.

Layouts include studios, studios with a den or balcony, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, with some den and balcony configurations. Each room has a two-way communication system that displays the daily menu, weather and available programs and activities.

The living area can be used for visits and shared time with family; the suite description notes space for grandchildren to play.

Independent living includes two bus outings each week on a bus owned by the residence.

For respite stays, three meals are served daily in the Terrace on the Green Dining Room, and specific dietary needs can be accommodated.

Independent living includes Aquafit classes in the in-house pool.

Programs can reflect residents’ interests. One example is garden planter boxes and plots for growing herbs and vegetables.

Shared amenities include a hot tub, Blu-Water Spa, bistro-café with piano lounge, garden, fitness and billiard rooms, and a reading room.

The building also has hairdressing and nail salons and the Ace of Diamonds lounge.

Assisted living rooms have bathroom safety bars and emergency calls, with low-level kitchen cabinetry. Public spaces are wheelchair accessible and have emergency call bells.
