Included services include monthly wellness clinics, pharmacy services, emergency first aid and care, computerized medical records, and help coordinating physician appointments and home health or rehabilitation services.
Optional services include medical management, help with bathing, dressing and grooming, and incontinence support. These services are described as available for at least 30 days during illness, after hospitalization, or on a continuous basis.
Rooms & living spaces
The Parke has two garden apartment plans. Private residences include a separate bedroom, kitchen, living area and bath; the apartments have full kitchens with appliances.

The dining service provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, served tableside, with meal choices.
Guests are welcome to meals with reservations. A private dining room can also be reserved for special occasions.

A full-time Activity Director organizes parties, entertainment, movies and games. Residents can choose how full they want their social calendar to be.
Exercise and wellness programs are also included.
