Care & support
Independent living residents must be 62 or older. Monthly rent covers a range of services such as a monthly meal plan, scheduled transportation, emergency call systems, housekeeping and maintenance.
Assisted living is offered at two levels, Supervisory Care and Personal Care (Level 1 and Level 2), for seniors 62 and older. It includes three meals a day plus snacks, 24-hour caregiver assistance, weekly housekeeping and laundry.
Caregivers in assisted living can help with bathing, dressing and grooming, incontinence management and medication management, depending on the level of services needed.
Before admission to assisted living, residents complete a health assessment with the Assisted Living Manager to determine the level of care, and the care plan is reviewed with the resident and the resident's representative on admission.
The Resident Services program provides in-home supportive services to independent living residents as needed, for brief or extended periods. Services include wellness checks, personal care such as stand-by help with showers and dressing, additional housekeeping, laundry pickup and delivery, pet services, transportation and companionship.
Everyday life
Scheduled transportation is included for independent living residents, and many residents find they rarely drive their own cars.
Resident Services also offers campus escort service to dining, activities and the beauty salon.

The community offers restaurant-style dining, a main dining room and a cozy bistro, with chef-prepared meals.
Activities & connection
Residents can take part in community events and activities, volunteering, hobbies, outings and exercise. The vast majority of activities and social events on campus are free.
The community has a fitness center with fitness programs designed for seniors, focused on strength, mobility and overall well-being.
Shared spaces & amenities
Campus spaces include a beauty salon and barber shop, a library and computer center, a central courtyard with a fountain and swimming pools.

The community is at 8111 East Broadway on Tucson's east side, minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment, with views of the Catalina Mountains.
