Care & support
Memory care was built with memory loss and dementia in mind and supports people with Alzheimer's disease or other memory illnesses. Staff are on site 24 hours a day.
Memory care services include assistance with activities of daily living, a personalized service plan based on each resident's health and wellness needs, coordination with health care providers and development of each person's life story.
Assisted living suites have emergency and care call systems in the bathroom and suite.
Rooms & living spaces
Assisted living suites are about 300 square feet with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. Some suites have a door that opens to an outside patio, and each suite has a privacy lock with key.
Each assisted living suite has individual heating and cooling, a ceiling fan and basic cable TV, and private phone lines are available.
Independent living cottages have two bedrooms, two baths and an attached one-car garage with an automatic door opener, a covered front porch, a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning and an emergency call system. Rental is month to month.
Everyday life
Assisted living includes housekeeping, linen and laundry services. Memory care includes weekly housekeeping and laundry, and independent living includes light weekly housekeeping and lawn maintenance.
Independent living rent includes all utilities and basic cable.
Dining & meals
Independent living includes two meals of choice a day, and memory care includes three meals a day and snacks. Assisted living has a spacious community dining room.
Activities & connection
Memory care offers an activity calendar with purposeful programs and stimulation, and independent living residents are invited to join activities and outings.
Shared spaces & amenities
Assisted living has a comfortable lounge and library, and the interior is smoke free.
