Care & support
Professional nursing staff monitor each resident's medical condition and provide services through an individualized care plan, adjusted as needs change with residents and families involved in decisions.
The post-acute rehabilitation program serves people recovering from cardiac conditions, stroke, fractures, and hip or knee replacements, with physical, speech and occupational therapies. The short-stay program has a dedicated entrance and its own nursing station, and the therapy area offers in-patient and out-patient therapies.
Programs include 24-hour nursing supervision and personal care assistance, skilled nursing services such as IV therapy and wound care, restorative nursing, and prescription drug services monitored by a licensed pharmacist.
Physician, dental, ophthalmology, podiatry and psychology services are available, along with a Medical Director, spiritual services and respite care.

The recently renovated community has 49 fully furnished private suites and 60 shared suites.
A limited number of private rooms are eligible for Medicaid coverage in the long-term care program.
Everyday life
Residents have choices about daily schedules, including when and what to eat and whether to join activities or enjoy the privacy of their own room. Housekeeping and laundry services, scheduled transportation and personal emergency response systems are included.

Executive chef prepared meals and snacks are planned by a registered dietitian, and families and residents can use private dining rooms.
