The Care Assist program offers a la carte wellness services and all-inclusive care packages, from light to moderate to heavy care. Services include medication management, oxygen management, assistance with morning or evening routines, bathing assistance, continence care and meal assistance.

Care staff are on site around the clock, and each suite has a call bell system. On-site nursing staff are part of the community.

Partner providers offer services such as physiotherapy, foot care, pharmacy and lab services, and a Health & Wellness Manager conducts an assessment before move-in.

A respite program offers short-term accommodation for respite, recovery or a trial stay.

Independent living suites are studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, each with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Some two-bedroom suites have two bathrooms, and suites are pet friendly.

Seniors' townhomes are two-bedroom homes of about 1,000 square feet with a full kitchen and private garage, and some layouts include ensuite laundry.

Suite features include a patio or balcony, individual thermostat, in-suite air conditioning, indoor and outdoor parking, an emergency response system, a security system, a personal mailbox and storage.

Rent for an independent living suite covers utilities, three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and cable TV, with 24/7 call-bell access to staff. Optional add-ons include telephone, laundry, concierge, transportation and hair salon services.

The culinary team offers seasonal menus, full breakfasts and snacks, classic entrees, and freshly prepared soups, salads and desserts, with dietary needs taken into account.

The dining room has large windows framing views of the backyard. Residents can also use the bistro, a sunny terrace and a gazebo, and themed meals mark holidays and special occasions.

Townhome residents can opt into dining services for an additional fee. Meals for guests, family dinners and catering are also offered.

Activities are optional and include live musical performances, pet visits, senior fitness classes, gardening, arts and craft workshops, cultural theme days and games.

A private shuttle bus takes residents on outings in and around Thunder Bay, such as sightseeing, shopping or visiting a cafe.

On-site amenities include a movie theatre, fireside library, games room, lounge, country kitchen and a fireplace lounge.

A large terrace has a gazebo, benches and seating areas, and a flat paved trail circles the residence and connects to city walking trails.

The residence is steps from Boulevard Lake and connected to walking paths that lead to Centennial Park. A shopping centre is five minutes away and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre is a 10-minute drive.
