Care & support
Skilled nursing provides around-the-clock specialized nursing care including IV therapy, feeding tubes, pain management, wound care and rehabilitative services. The team includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants working with therapists, rehab technicians and dietitians.
Rehabilitation and post-acute care serve patients recovering from a stroke or orthopedic surgery such as a hip or knee replacement, with individualized treatment from an interdisciplinary team.
Assisted living is staffed by trained caregivers and medication technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a wellness nurse on staff. Residents are assessed on move-in and as needed.
The Gardens at OakView is a dedicated memory care neighborhood for people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, and family participation is welcome.

Assisted living apartments have kitchenettes and come in six floor plans with garden or hillside views. Weekly housekeeping and personal laundry service are included.
