Skilled nursing is organized by unit. The first floor serves long-term care and rehabilitation residents, the second floor serves long-term care residents with higher clinical needs, and The Terrace is designed for residents with more advanced Alzheimer's and dementia.

The Terrace memory care team is certified in the Positive Approach to Care model. Programs offered with Syracuse Jewish Family Service include Mind Aerobics, a cognitive fitness program, and M-Power U, a social and learning program for adults with mild cognitive impairment or early signs of dementia.

The Inn at Menorah Park provides round-the-clock assisted living. Rothschild Adult Day Care offers a medical-model day program with medical management, rehabilitation therapies, personal care support and a daily hot lunch.

The Oaks offers one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom and deluxe two-bedroom, two-bath apartments. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, basic cable TV and WiFi, and safety features in the bathrooms.

Apartments at The Oaks have an emergency response system with pull cords in bedrooms and baths and a morning check-in system. The building has 24-hour security and a back-up generator.

The Ahavath Achim Apartments are ten independent living apartments set within the Jewish Health and Rehabilitation Center. Utilities except phone and cable TV are included, along with reserved parking, maintenance, on-site laundry and weekly housekeeping.

Everyday life

Dining & meals

At the Jewish Health & Rehabilitation Center, the dining hall serves only kosher food, while resident rooms are non-kosher. Each resident receives three meals per day on their floor, customized to dietary needs such as consistent-carbohydrate, low-cholesterol, no-added-salt and renal diets.

The Oaks serves kosher dinner every evening and Sunday brunch in a formal dining room or in residents' apartments, with lunch daily in the Courtyard Cafe.
