Care covers recovery from orthopedic surgery such as knee, hip, spine and shoulder surgery, as well as cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, renal, infectious disease and general surgical conditions.

Wound care is provided for surgical wounds, pressure ulcers and cellulitis.

The community also provides comprehensive care for injured workers, with inpatient and outpatient therapy, 24-hour licensed nursing staff, and coordination with payers and case managers.

Medicare and many other insurance plans are accepted, including workers compensation.

Private suites have a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, an en-suite bathroom with a roll-in shower, a flat screen TV, a private phone line, a small safe and a sofa sleeper for overnight guests.

A call system with pull cords is next to the bed and in the bathroom, and residents can also use a wireless pendant to call for assistance from anywhere in the building.

Housekeeping and linen services are provided daily, a concierge assists residents and family members, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Mission Canyon is a full-service restaurant with a variety of menu choices that cater to preferences and dietary needs, with a patio for outdoor dining.

A culinary director and dietician work with each resident on dietary and nutritional goals. A bistro serves soups, salads, coffee and dessert, and visitors may purchase a meal and join residents.

Life enrichment programs include workshops, social events and activities.

The therapy gym offers therapy seven days a week, specialized therapy equipment, private therapy cabanas and an outdoor therapy area.
