Care & support
Assisted living includes support with daily living activities, medication support, housekeeping and laundry. A care tier is added after an assessment by the nursing team when personal assistance or medication management is needed.
Residents have priority access to memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services at Westminster Suncoast, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.
A primary care clinic and a pharmacy consultation service are part of the health services available to residents.
Rooms & living spaces
Assisted living suites come in three layouts from 380 to 760 square feet, with kitchenettes, private bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows with city or water views.
Independent living apartments are maintenance-free and range from studios to two-bedrooms with a den.
Dining & meals
Seasonal, chef-prepared menus are served restaurant-style in the Royal Palm Dining Room, with casual dining, grab-and-go options and themed dining events with entertainment. Menus include plant-based, heart-healthy and brain-healthy choices.
Activities & connection
Residents can join educational, cultural and social programs and clubs, and lifelong learning courses offered in partnership with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Eckerd College.
Shared spaces & amenities
Amenities include two fitness centers with certified staff, two libraries, a resident art gallery and art studio, and a rooftop patio overlooking downtown and the waterfront.
The campus has 24-hour on-site security, emergency pull cords in apartment bathrooms and wearable emergency pendants.
Pets are welcome, and the grounds include outdoor areas for walking dogs.
Location & getting around
The community is in the historic Old Northeast neighborhood, one block from the bay and the St. Pete walking path and a short walk to the Museum of Fine Arts and the shopping district. An on-demand downtown shuttle runs six days a week.
