Skilled nursing programs serve patients after surgery and those with a prolonged acute illness or chronic disease. Diagnoses treated include stroke, congestive heart failure, COPD, pneumonia, Parkinson’s disease and orthopedic conditions.

Skilled nursing services include respiratory care, wound care, infusion therapies and cardiac recovery services.

Rehabilitation includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Physical therapy covers gait training, muscle strengthening and transfer training, and speech therapy covers swallowing evaluation and treatment.

Post-acute services help people moving from hospital to home, and the team works with the physician toward a successful discharge home.

Long term care includes 24-hour nursing care, on-call physician coverage, medication administration and social services. Respite care and a palliative care program are also offered.

Certified nursing assistants work in neighborhood, restorative and psycho-social roles, with a low patient to CNA ratio.

Respite stays include medication management, in-house physician services, housekeeping and laundry services, and in-house beauty and barber services.

Residents are served three meals daily with snacks available. Dietitians accommodate special dietary needs and physician-ordered therapeutic diets.

The center offers structured daily activities balanced with periods of rest, and recreational programs such as bingo and music. Family and friends are welcome to visit.
