Staff are on hand around the clock, and the front desk provides 24-hour emergency maintenance. Bethesda also offers assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care for residents whose needs change.
Rooms & living spaces
Apartments are offered through a monthly rental agreement with no entrance fee, in a range of floor plans. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and pets are welcome.
Everyday life
Weekly housekeeping and utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, recycling and trash) are included. A maintenance team handles home repairs, and a grounds team handles lawn care and snow removal.
Scheduled transportation takes residents to places such as the grocery store and doctor’s appointments, and covered parking is available.
Dining & meals
Three chef-prepared meals are served seven days a week. The chef prepares seasonal and local selections along with an always-available menu, and meals are prepared to order and delivered to the table.
