A 24-hour emergency call system and a 24-hour building entrance with restricted access are in place. Bethesda also offers assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing for residents whose health needs change.

Residents can choose one- or two-bedroom floor plans. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer, and pets are welcome.

Everyday life

Weekly housekeeping is included, and staff handle home maintenance and repairs. A grounds team provides lawn care, tree pruning, gutter cleaning and snow removal.

Scheduled transportation is available for trips such as grocery shopping and group outings, and parking spaces are available for residents with cars.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, and Webster Groves has more than 20 restaurants and eating establishments nearby. Residents can use an optional dining plan with neighbor Big Sky Café and receive discounted dining there.
