Sterling Court - An Elegant Assisted Living Community in Southern Utah

Staff help residents with activities of daily living so each resident can reach their highest functional ability.

Each apartment has a 24-hour emergency system, and emergency pull cords are located in the bedroom and bathroom. Cameras are placed inside and outside the community.

Apartments come as studios of 338 sq ft, one-bedrooms of 625 sq ft and two-bedrooms with a den of 885 sq ft.

Studios have a kitchenette, and newly remodeled rooms have a full kitchen. Each apartment also has a smoke detector and individual climate control.

Three meals daily are included in the monthly rent. An all-day dining service offers a wide array of meal options, along with a self-service salad bar and a regularly updated menu.

Activities include off-campus trips, live entertainment, genealogy, religious services, walking groups, writing and book clubs, ice cream socials, movies, cards and crafts.

Residents can take bus trips, watch movies, get their nails or hair done, and attend weekly wine socials. Games such as Bingo and a monthly resident social are also offered.

Shared spaces include a big screen theater room, pool table, activity room, library and sundry store. Laundry rooms and personal storage units are available.

All utilities are paid except phone, and scheduled transportation is available.
