Through a partnership with EmpowerMe Wellness, residents can use Medicare-covered physical, occupational and speech therapy on site, along with group fitness and one-on-one exercise coaching.
EverSpring Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy for seniors, supplies medications in organized strip-packs.

Independent living apartments include studios (377 to 460 square feet), one-bedroom units (545 to 616 square feet) and two-bedroom, two-bath units (825 to 916 square feet), plus senior villas.
The base rent covers the apartment, every utility, weekly housekeeping and linens, all maintenance and repairs, scheduled transportation and a full activities calendar. The community is pet friendly.
Everyday life
Housekeeping, maintenance and concierge services are provided, transportation is offered for residents who need it, and optional services include pet care.
Dining & meals
Lincoln's Table, the on-site restaurant, is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with more than 50 menu options, and guests are welcome to join residents.
Dining events include happy hours, monthly brunches and an occasional Candlelight Dinner, and a 24-hour bistro is also available.
Activities & connection
Events are hosted seven days a week and often include outings around Springfield. Residents also take part in organized exercise classes, a chair beachball team and onsite entertainment.
