Care & support
Care is individualized: a personal assessment is done before move-in, and residents, family members and the care team develop a tailored service plan that is reviewed in regular family care conferences.
Service plans may include help with hygiene, dressing and bathing, assistance with mobility to meals and activities, incontinence care, medication management, safety checks and select diabetic care.
Mealtime support includes reminders, assistance with eating and modified diets, including thickened and puréed foods.
The program serves residents from the early symptoms of memory loss to the advanced stages of Alzheimer's or other dementia. Respite stays are offered based on availability and nursing assessment, and hospice care is coordinated with outside hospice agencies.
Rooms & living spaces
Suites are studios, ranging from a 206-square-foot petite suite to premium suites of up to 289 square feet, including a premium suite with a shower and a companion suite for shared occupancy.
The community offers both private and companion suite options.
Everyday life
Base rent includes 24-hour onsite caregiving staff, weekly housekeeping and linen laundering, individual room temperature controls, all utilities except personal telephone, routine apartment and grounds maintenance, and coordination of transportation.
Cable TV is provided in common areas with hook-ups in each suite, and the community is pet-friendly.
Dining & meals
Residents are served three meals a day, with beverages and snacks available around the clock, in a restaurant-style dining setting that residents and guests can enjoy.
Activities & connection
The Healthy Living Life Enrichment Program includes strength and balance classes, seated tai chi and yoga, and cooking classes.
