Assisted living residents receive help from trained staff with day-to-day personal care needs, and assistance is available 24 hours a day when needed, while maintaining personal privacy and dignity.
Staff are on site around the clock, including two licensed practical nurses, and an emergency call system is available in each apartment suite.
Rooms & living spaces
Apartment suites are available as a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom. Each suite has its own thermostat for heat and air conditioning, and residents have a private mailbox.
Residents rent month to month, with no buy-in program or long-term lease. Complimentary parking is close to the apartments.
Everyday life
Rent includes three home-cooked meals a day, water, sewer and garbage service, basic and extended cable TV, Wi-Fi, light housekeeping and all activities.
Housekeeping includes weekly laundering of sheets and towels, and centrally located laundry rooms are available for residents.
The community bus takes residents to and from doctor visits in the Slidell area on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and on shopping trips, scenic drives and library runs on Tuesday and Thursday.

Home-cooked meals are served restaurant-style in the dining room, with the option for pick-up or room delivery.
Residents can choose between two seating times for lunch and dinner, and in addition to the meal of the day a menu offers items such as cheeseburgers, omelets and salads.
