Residents can choose which services and caregivers they want, including third-party caregivers who lease space at the community or providers they already know and trust.

Home care and physical and occupational therapy are identified as on-site options. Personal care services from third-party providers are available at additional cost.

Residents can access a Lively Mobile Plus GPS wearable for 24/7 emergency medical and personal assistance, both inside and outside the community.

Private apartments come in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Features include a walk-in shower or tub and individually controlled heating and air.

Listed apartment features include a kitchenette, refrigerator, patio or balcony, basic cable TV, telephone hookups, carpet and window treatments. Wheelchair-accessible units are also listed.

Monthly rent includes housekeeping, linen service, scheduled local transportation, maintenance, most utilities, and community and grounds upkeep.

Scheduled transportation is provided to and from local errands and appointments.

Residents receive three freshly prepared, homestyle meals each day.

The Engage Life® program works with residents on an events calendar covering social connection and entertainment, lifelong learning, health and fitness, civic and professional involvement, creative arts, and religious or spiritual fellowship.

Shared spaces include a community center, large-screen TV lounge, activity room, game room and library. Residents also have access to fitness equipment and locked mailboxes.

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a business center and a barber/beauty salon.

Safety rails, a smoke alarm and sprinkler system, wheelchair accessibility, and community grounds are listed among the amenities; pets are welcome.
