Physical, occupational and speech therapists help residents improve strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, communication and swallowing, and work on activities of daily living.
Rehabilitation programs address pain, edema, wound healing, stroke recovery, arthritis, continence improvement, joint replacement and orthopedic rehabilitation, and COPD.
Long-term care staff have consistent assignments so they can build relationships with residents and consider each person's care needs and personal desires.
Respite guest stays are available for people recovering after an illness or hospitalization, and for caregivers who need a break. Staff work with physicians, therapists and agencies such as home health and hospice.

Rehab Suites is a 16-bed rehabilitation community for people discharged from the hospital who need additional skilled nursing or rehabilitation before going home.
In Rehab Suites, residents have a private bathroom with a shower, and each room has its own phone and television. A family room with a fireplace and dining area is available for private family gatherings.

Services include housekeeping and laundry service, and staff aim to give residents as much choice as possible about dining, activities and care.
