Care & support
Assisted living services can be added at any time in any apartment, so residents can stay in the same apartment as needs change. Services include medication assistance, personal appearance and hygiene, and mobility assistance.
Assisted living fees are charged in addition to monthly rent and are based on an assessment of each resident's needs, which staff repeat regularly.
A full-time RN on staff directs and oversees the care team, and staff are available 24 hours a day.
Memory care is offered in private studio suites and neighbor suites. Support includes cuing and help with dressing, grooming and meals, bathing and hygiene assistance, escorts to meals and activities, and medication management.
The memory care program includes a brain fitness program, a fitness and wellness program, social programs built around residents' interests and abilities, and access to onsite physical and occupational therapy.
Rooms & living spaces
Apartments have kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, range and dishwasher, stone countertops, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, and built-in emergency communication systems. Washers and dryers are in all but a few apartments.
Penthouse suites range from 1,299 to 1,739 in size and look out over Puget Sound, Mount Rainier, the Cascade Mountains and downtown Seattle. Some apartments have balconies.
Assisted living includes weekly housekeeping and linen service, all utilities except private telephone and cable, and routine apartment maintenance.
