The licensed Personal Care Home provides help with dressing, bathing and grooming, medication management, continence management and cognitive assistance. Care plans are individual and set by assessment.
Caregivers are on staff 24 hours a day, supervised by licensed nurses. An Enhanced Living program offers light assistance to independent residents so they can stay in their suites.
Safety features include controlled building access, security doors, sprinkler systems, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and an emergency call system in each suite.
Rooms & living spaces
Suites are one- and two-bedroom with kitchenettes, enlarged passageways and individual climate controls for air conditioning and heat. Free Wi-Fi is provided and weekly housekeeping is included.
Complimentary laundry facilities are on each floor, and the community is pet-friendly with patios and walking trails.

Chores, housekeeping and meal preparation are handled by staff. Shopping trips, outings and transportation to medical appointments are provided.
Onsite contracted services include spa services, specialized foot care and a full-service beauty and barber shop. A physiotherapist and massage therapist are available as private services for hire.

All meals are included, planned by a chef and served in the licensed central dining room. Special diets are accommodated, in-room tray service is available when a resident is unwell, and a private dining room is available for family visits.
