Care & support
Assisted living team members create a personalized care plan and help with bathing, dressing, grooming and medication management. Residents choose which assistance they need.
An on-site nurse is available five days a week, and med techs and care staff are on site 24/7. An emergency alert and response system is in place.
Rooms & living spaces
Floor plans range from the one-bedroom, one-bath Azalea at 670 square feet to the two-bedroom, two-bath Gardenia at 1015 square feet. The Dahlia has two bedrooms and one bath, and the Magnolia has two bedrooms and two baths.
Each independent living apartment home includes a kitchenette, either a balcony or patio, plenty of storage and closet space, and an emergency response system. Residents can personalize their apartments.
Everyday life
Services include apartment maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, lawn care and grounds maintenance, and 24-hour staffing. Water, gas and trash are included, with free Wi-Fi in common areas.
Scheduled transportation to medical appointments, shopping and outings is available most days each week, and an Oakmont City bus stop is located outside the community.
Dining & meals
An executive chef and culinary team serve three meals a day in the grand dining room, with meals served from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Gluten-free and other dietary needs are accommodated.
A casual bistro is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with coffee, tea, pastries and light bites, and guests are welcome to join residents for meals.
Activities & connection
The on-campus calendar includes daily themed happy hours, monthly birthday parties, chair yoga, Qigong, a walking club, book clubs, brain games, lectures, classes, card-making and nightly films in the theater.
Weekly shopping trips and excursions go to Sonoma wineries, restaurants, galleries, museums and theaters, and group hikes visit Spring Lake and Annadel Park. Weekly sacrament services are held on campus.

Campus amenities include walking paths, resident-tended garden beds, courtyards with seating, a main dining room and casual bistro, a library with a fireplace, a beauty salon and barbershop, a theater, a game and media room, and a tech lab.
