Care & support
Assisted living helps residents stay independent while receiving personal care and assistance with certain needs. Care plans are individualized and focus on physical, cognitive and social well-being.
An on-site health clinic provides geriatric primary care. Partnered physicians, visiting home health agencies and an outpatient physical therapy suite on the fourth floor reduce the need for trips out of the building. The therapy suite is run by Blue Water Therapy, a separately licensed company.
Memory care is offered in the Lighthouse Cottage private studio suites, which use soothing lighting, exercise programs and color therapy. Staff are trained in Alzheimer's and dementia care.
A Resident Services Coordinator helps families with health insurance questions, and short-term stays let a senior try the community before committing to a longer move.
Rooms & living spaces
Suites range from the Barefoot Bungalow and Crescent Cottage studios to the Bahama Breeze and Villa La Isla one-bedroom suites, the Alabaster Sands two-bedroom suite and the Royal Palms Penthouse suite. Several have balconies and large windows or sliding glass doors.
The Alabaster Sands two-bedroom suite is 872 to 952 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a kitchenette with quartz countertops and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Each apartment has an Alexa Show device for video calls, and temperature, lighting and TV controls are voice-activated.
Dining & meals
Two chef-led restaurants serve Floribean and traditional dishes, and the Ocean Pearl dining room offers restaurant-style service. An anytime dining menu runs from 7am to 7pm.
The dining program accommodates doctor-recommended diets and dietary restrictions. A private dining room is available for special occasions or family gatherings.
Other places to eat and drink include an ice cream bar, a coffee corner, a sports bar and the Island Breeze Bar and Grill.
Activities & connection
The events team schedules yoga, bocce ball, barbecues, wine tastings, arts and crafts, movie nights, gaming and stargazing, along with classes, clubs, games and tournaments.
Bible study and non-denominational church services are offered, and fitness classes include chair exercises and physical therapy sessions where applicable.
Shared spaces & amenities
Outdoor amenities include a tropical lagoon with a wooden deck, tiki huts, a lagoon-side bar with TV, a cabana, a sand area for relaxing, an outdoor grill and smoker, and a fire pit.
Indoor spaces include a salon, wellness spa, fitness center, private dining, gaming, intergenerational learning and arts and crafts rooms. Serenity Gardens has a reflection pool with a fountain and a garden workspace for gardening classes.
