The long-term care team includes 24-hour nursing staff, certified nursing assistants, a licensed dietitian, social services, spiritual support and activity staff. Registered nurses are on site daily.
On-site physician services include internal medicine, podiatry, ophthalmology and dental care.
Skilled nursing covers recovery from stroke, cardiac and pulmonary illness, joint replacement, fractures and surgery. Services include wound care, IV therapy, diabetes care, pain management, tracheostomy care and BiPAP or CPAP.
Short-term rehabilitation provides physical, occupational and speech therapy in a large rehab gym that includes a working bathroom, kitchen and laundry area. Therapists work with physicians, nurses, social workers and nutritionists on an individualized care plan.
Respite stays are short-term and include nursing and rehabilitation services, three meals a day and assistance with medication administration.
