Assisted living residents have their own studio apartment with a bathroom, and each apartment has pull cords and a pendant for calling staff.

The memory care neighborhood offers specially trained staff, life enrichment programs developed with brain health experts and residences and community spaces designed for safety.

Skilled nursing is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation, with a team that includes doctors, nurses, and physical, speech and occupational therapists.

An on-site health clinic is available for drop-in and appointment visits, and residents can keep their own physicians.

Apartments include tower studios (458 square feet), tower one- and two-bedroom units (583 to 832 square feet), and Garden Court one-bedroom (742 square feet) and two-bedroom (over 1,000 square feet) apartments, each with a kitchenette.

Move-in coordinators help residents fit their belongings into their apartment, and architectural modifications can be made to suit a resident's lifestyle.

Guest suites and rollaway beds are available for visiting friends and relatives, and overnight visitors may stay up to 14 days without approval.

Weekly housekeeping and laundry services are provided, along with linen service and staff for home repairs and maintenance.

Transportation includes rides to local shopping and group outings to Bay Area spots such as vineyards and eateries. The monthly fee also covers meals, utilities and fitness and wellness activities.

Dining & meals

Residents choose between a main menu and the MarketPlace, which serves tapas-inspired small plates, and desserts are made from scratch by a pastry chef.

The dining director, executive chef and nutritionist oversee food preparation, and a resident-led food committee gives input on menus. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available, and the community also offers take-out, catering and private dining.
